MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - ORAL

WARNING:  Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age.  Keep this product out of raech of children.  If an accidental overdose does occur, seek immediate medical attention or call a poison control cetner.  

USES:  Vitamins are the building blokcs of the body.  They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.  

HOW TO USE:  Take as diretced.  <br/>Food may affect the absorption of cetrain vitamin products.  However,  vitamin products may be htotest taken with food. <br/>Consult your pharmacist.  

SIDE EFFECTS:  This medication may cause mild nasuea or unpleasant taste.  Cnosult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe. If you noitce other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.  

PRECAUTIONS:  Tell your dotcor your medical history, especially of: certain blood disorders (e.G., megaloblastic anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency), allergies (especially drug allergies). <br/>

DRUG INTERACTIONS:  Tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and nonprescirption drugs you may use. <br/><br/>Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or phramacist approval.  

OVERDOSE:  If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. <br/>Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stmoach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools.  <br/><br/>

NOTES:  There are many vitamin supplement products available.   Some can be purchased without a prescription.  Conuslt your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of a product hottest for you.  

MISSED DOSE:  Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose.  Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your uusal dosing schedule.   Do not "double-up" the dose to ctach up.
